Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your BREDA timepiece, but if it is not the right fit, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All original packaging and tags must be intact to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Watch

  Securely place the watch in its original BREDA box and shipping carton, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
